The Benefits of Facial Massage
Move the fingers in small circles on the chin and move into the jawline and up toward the temples. Next, work to iron out those creases above the eyebrows by sliding the fingers in an upward and outward motion along the eyebrows and in the direction of the ears. Working the forehead and nose will target lines in those areas. Targeting the skin around the nostrils not only unclogs pores but prevents pimples. Rubbing the area around the mouth and cheeks prevents bags and wrinkles. As for the chin and neck, this tightens the muscles and prevents sagging skin, which can deal with those unsightly double chins. Always move the skin in an upward motion. The trick is to be gentle especially if you have sensitive skin. If you don't feel comfortable giving yourself a massage, hit up your local spa or salon for a facial.
