Pamper Tired Feet
Lie down on the bed or sofa and put two pillows underneath feet. Rest for at least 10 minutes to reduce swelling. Follow with a foot bath prepared with aromatic essential oils and salts. Mix up several drops of your favorite relaxing scent - choose from lavender, chamomile, bergamot or rosemary. Add a rejuvenating scent, such as citrus or peppermint to refresh and rejuvenate circulation. A cup of Epsom salts added to a foot bath also helps circulation. Soak for as long as you like, then pat feet dry. Follow with a luxurious moisturizer and warm, cozy socks. Reward your feet for the tough job that they do, and they'll work extra hard for you!
