Foreign products may contain ingredients in a language you can understand; otherwise, you risk an allergic reaction or worse. Lipsticks and cream foundations are susceptible to heat damage, and sometimes products can sit around for awhile in hot warehouses. It's best to either steer clear of these items or check to make sure the product is still emulsified and hasn't separated. Check pressed powders for breakage by holding to your ear and shaking lightly to hear particles shifting - if you hear anything, don't buy it. Get a great deal by shopping cheaply - and wisely.
