Get ready to get caught with your hands in the cookie jar. These treats are irresistible! Easy and quick to prepare, you can add 2 cups of peanut butter chips and chocolate chips for extra goodness.

Ingredients

For 8 people

  • 1 (18 1/4 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 cup(s) vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cup(s) chocolate chips or butterscotch chips or peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup(s) chopped nuts

Directions

Combine cake mix, oil and eggs in a bowl and mix well. Stir in chips and nuts, if using. Drop by tsp. on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Upon removing from oven, let the cookies stand on sheet for two minutes, then cool on racks.
