When your young toddler refuses to eat what youíve cooked this yogurt will work out perfectly. There's no prep time and no cook time. You just throw it in a bowl and voila!
At a glance
1/3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt (Dannon Light & Fit works great.)
1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese (small curd)
Combine both ingredients in a toddler-safe bowl and serve!
