Tia Maria Cafe
It looks like your average coffee drink but there's nothing ordinary about this java combined with Tia Maria and Grand Marnier. Probably not the best way to start your day, but definitely an ideal way to finish it.
Ingredients
1/3 oz. Tia Maria coffee liqueur
1/3 oz. dark crème de cacao
1/3 oz. Grand Marnier orange liqueur
5 oz. hot black coffee
1 1/2 oz. whipped cream
Methods/steps
Pour coffee and liquors into an Irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream on top, add a cherry, and serve.
