    1 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    2 tbsp. tomato juice
    1 egg
Methods/steps
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat. In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, and garlic. Mix in tomato juice. Form into 3 or 4 balls, and flatten into patties. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning once, until it's cooked to your liking. Serve on buns with the usual trimmings.
