Thai Best Beef Salad

This Thai creation is simple to prepare and is satisfying light fare for busy people or unexpected guests.
Ingredients
1 lb. thinly sliced beef
1 cucumber, sliced
1 cup tomato wedges
1/2 red onion, sliced
1/4 cup fish sauce
2 limes
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. sugar
Methods/steps
In saucepan sauté beef on medium heat and cook until medium rare. Let beef cool to room temperature. Combine cucumber, tomato, red onion and beef in a mixing bowl. Add fish sauce, crushed red pepper and sugar. Cut and squeeze the juice of 2 limes into mixture and toss. Serve at room temperature.
