Sweet Carrot Salad

Take a lesson from Bugs Bunny and get yourself a batch of carrots. Although carrots play the leading role, there are plenty of vegetables as a supporting cast.


Sweet Carrot Salad

Ingredients

For 1 people

  • 5 cup(s) carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup(s) vinegar
  • 1/2 cup(s) granulated sugar
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) dry mustard

Directions

  1. Cook carrots until crispy and tender.
  2. While carrots are cooking, combine the other ingredients and mix well. Add carrots to sauce and mix gently so as not to break carrots. Allow sitting overnight for flavors to blend.
