Superb Chocolate Frosting
This is a deliciously rich chocolate frosting that will be a favorite of any chocaholic.
Ingredients
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Methods/steps
Melt chocolate and the butter together. Let cool and blend in the sour cream, vanilla, and salt. Gradually mix in the confectioner's sugar until the frosting is of spreading consistency, beat well.
