Ingredients
2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pkg. (8 ounces) light cream cheese
1 cup confectioner's sugar or sugar substitute
    3 tbsp. strawberry jam
1 container fat-free frozen whipped topping
    1 large banana, sliced
    4 medium kiwi fruit, sliced
    1 1/3 cups sliced strawberries
    1/2 cup raspberries
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1/2 cup flaked coconut
Methods/steps
Unroll crescent dough and press into greased 15 in by 10 in baking sheet. Press and stretch dough to form a pastry. Seal edges. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and jam until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust, leaving edges (like you would for pizza). Arrange fruit over top and sprinkle with coconut. Chill until serving. Better if chilled for at least an hour.
