Spicy Tuna with Pasta
Most people wouldn't think to combine tuna steaks and pasta. However, it makes for an award-winning dinner that's equally as good as anything you'd order in a restaurant.
Ingredients
3 8-oz. tuna steaks
1 tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
1 cup Ranch dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 portions pasta, cooked al dente

1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning

3 portions pasta, cooked al dente
Methods/steps
Lightly dust tuna steaks with lemon pepper and Cajun seasoning. Grill until medium rare to medium. In saucepan mix dressing, mayonnaise and Cajun seasoning. Cook over medium heat until it reaches a slow boil; reduce heat to simmer. Divide the cooked pasta on 3 plates. Take half the Cajun sauce and divide that on top of the pasta. Place the tuna steaks on top of the pasta. Pour remaining sauce over tuna.
