5 pounds chuck pot roast
2 medium onions
1 family-size can low-fat, low-sodium cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 tsp. powdered garlic
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 tbsp. flour
Methods/steps
Cut 5 pounds of pot roast into 2-inch cubes and add to crock pot. Add 2 medium onions chopped coarsely. Add cream of mushroom soup. Add 1 dry onion soup mix. Add 1 tsp. garlic, 1/2 tsp. pepper, and 4 tbsp. flour. Slow cook overnight. Serve with whole-grain rice.
