    • ½ box (about 6 ounces) angel hair pasta
  • 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sliced, raw onion
  • ¼ cup black olives
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 can (14 ounces) quartered artichoke hearts
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes
  • 6 ounces feta crumbles
  • ½ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 12 ounces shrimp
Methods/steps
Cook pasta according to package directions. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add onions and sauté 10 minutes or until golden brown. Add garlic and shrimp; cook 2 minutes. Add artichokes and cook 2 more minutes. Remove from heat, add drained pasta, tomatoes, olives, basil and black pepper. Stir to combine and serve.
