This medley of ingredients come together in a seafood loaf that makes for an impressive appetizer. The tuna-shrimp combo offers a seafood starter nobody will be able to refuse.
Ingredients
1 (14 oz.) bottle Heinz ketchup
1/4 cup of Worcestershire
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can of shrimp, drained
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can of tuna
1 (3 oz.) can of sliced mushrooms
1 medium size onion, chopped
1 cup pf pitted olives, sliced
1 cup of stuffed green olives, sliced
1 pkg. of crackers
Methods/steps
Combine all ingredients but not the crackers. Mix gently to keep shrimp whole. Bake in oven at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Cool. Refrigerate. Serve with Ritz crackers.
