Looking for an appetizer that's easy to make in a short amount of time? Don't spread yourself thin. Give this scrumptious salmon pate a try. It's swimming in goodness.
Ingredients
1/2 lb. smoked salmon
¼ lb. unsalted butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. French mustard
2 tbsp. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. capers, drained and chopped


Methods/steps
Process all ingredients until smooth using the stop-start-stop blend method and spoon into serving dish then smooth top with knife. Cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
