Rice Pilaf

So you're starving for a side dish that's out of the ordinary? You'll love every spoonful of this great rice pilaf.
Ingredients
1 stalk celery, diced
1/4 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup diced white onion
1 tbsp. margarine
2 cups chicken stock
2 cups water
2 whole bay leaves
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. Uncle Ben’s Rice
Methods/steps
Sauté vegetables in margarine until tender. Combine chicken stock, water, bay leaves and salt. Bring to boil. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place rice in deep baking pan. Mix with vegetables and liquid mixture; stir well. Cover pan with foil. Bake 1 hour.
