Quick Egg Drop Soup
Talk about a soup that's good to the last drop. Our homemade egg drop soup will bowl you over. The best part is that you can whip up a batch in a matter of minutes. It's the perfect way to come in from the cold.

3 cups chicken broth 1 tsp. salt Dash of white pepper 1 medium scallion, chopped 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Heat chicken broth, salt and white pepper to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Stir scallion into eggs. Pour egg mixture slowly into broth, stirring constantly with fork, to form shreds of egg.
