Ingredients
    12 oz. milk (can use skim, 1%, or Lactaid milk)
    4 oz. strawberries
    4 oz. cherries
    1 sliced banana
    4 oz. peaches
    1 (8 oz.) container of any flavour yogurt
Methods/steps
Put all the fruit into a blender; pour in the milk and yogurt. Blend at high speed for 45 seconds or until smooth. Pour and serve!
