Pork Chops & Stuffing
Searching for a recipe you can prepare with the other white meat? Chop to it with these pork chops and stuffing. This classic is sure to become a family favorite in no time at all.

4 pork chops 1 tbsp. cooking oil 3 cups of soft breadcrumbs 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1/4 cup melted butter 1/4 cup of water 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning 10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup 1/3 cup of water
Heat cooking oil in ovenproof skillet and brown pork chops; pour off all drippings. Mix breadcrumbs, onion, butter, 1/4 cup of water and poultry seasoning. Place a mound of stuffing on each pork chop. Blend cream of mushroom soup with 1/3 cup of water. Pour over pork chops and stuffing. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
