Parmesan Sea Bass

This Parmesan Sea Bass dish is swimming in goodness. It tastes great and it's quick and easy to make.
Ingredients
1 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
1 cup shredded Parmesan
1 cup Japanese breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped chives
1/8 cup dried dill weed
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
6 6-oz. sea bass filets
1 cup flour
1 tbsp. olive oil
Methods/steps
Mix first six ingredients. Whisk together eggs and milk. Dredge fish in flour; dip in egg wash; then press firmly, on both sides, into Parmesan mixture. Heat olive oil in non-stick sauté pan. Brown fish on both sides; finish in a 350-degree oven if necessary.
