Mixed Greens With Hearts Of Palm

The hearts of palm is a hidden gem and everyone should try it, especially in this salad; it’s an elegant salad that's great for any dinner party.
Ingredients
6 cups mixed salad greens
1/2 cup artichoke hearts, quartered
1/2 cup hearts of palm, sliced
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
1 cup olive oil
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
2 tbsp. basil, fresh, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
Methods/steps
Dressing: Add the vinegar and garlic to the food processor bowl. With the processor running, drizzle in the oil. Add the basil and pulse a few times.
Salad: Arrange the greens on medium plates. Place the artichokes and hearts of palm around the edges. Ladle on the dressing. Garnish with the toasted pine nuts.
