Mediterranean Tortellini Salad

Mediterranean Tortellini Salad


For 4 people

  • 1 1/8 pkg. cheese tortellini, cooked and drained well
  • 5 Roma tomatoes, washed and cut into large chunks
  • 1/2 English seedless cucumber, unpeeled, cut into large chunks
  • 4 ounce(s) can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1/4 cup(s) sliced mild red peppers, drained
  • 1/2 cup(s) Greek salad dressing or Italian dressing
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 4 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 ounce(s) Feta cheese
