Best Mac and Cheese
Put cheesy mac on the menu tonight. This is a lower-fat version of a comfort food classic. It's every bit as good without all the added baggage. Use your noodle and give it a try tonight.

1 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour 1 1/4 cups skim milk 1 1/2 cup (6 oz.) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. low-sodium Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. hot sauce 4 cups hot cooked medium elbow macaroni
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add flour. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add cheeses and next 4 ingredients, stirring until cheeses melt. Combine cheese sauce and macaroni in a bowl; stir well. Serve immediately.
