Macaroni & Chicken Stew
It's stew for two tonight. This healthy dinner uses a light version of dressing, fresh vegetables and whole wheat pasta. It's as good for you as it is good.

1/4 cup of light Italian dressing 1 cup of chicken broth 1 boneless skinless chicken breast 1 (8 oz.) can of stewed tomatoes 1 cup of carrots or zucchini 1/2 cup of whole-wheat macaroni Italian seasoning Garlic powder Parmesan cheese
Heat the dressing in a skillet. Cut the chicken in bite-size pieces and place in skillet. Cook for three to five minutes. Add tomatoes, chicken broth and seasoning. Boil for five minutes. Add uncooked noodles and carrots, reduce heat and simmer for eight minutes. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
