Not much to add: this is a fresh and healthy salad, excellent for every occasion.
Ingredients
20 radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
12 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. lemon juice
Methods/steps
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
