- 2 oz. peach nectar
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz. peach schnapps
- 3 oz. chilled, dry Champagne
- 1/2 cup ice cubes, crushed
Methods/steps
Mix the peach nectar, lemon juice and schnapps in a chilled glass. Add half a cup of crushed ice, stir, and add the champagne. Serve in champagne flutes.
