Homemade Apricot Pancake Syrup
This syrup is simple and delicious! It's naturally sweet, with no added sugar.
At a glance
1 cup chopped dried apricots
In a small sauce pan, combine chopped apricots with 1 cup water, bring to a boil, and simmer 20 minutes, covered. Cool. Whip contents in a blender. Add about 1 1/2 cups of water, or enough to reach desired syrup consistency. Store refrigerated.
