Healthy Breakfast Bar
Forget the high-sugar, low-nutrition version on the cereal shelves. This breakfast bar is packed with good stuff that'll keep you going all morning, and it's a cinch to prepare!
Ingredients
2/3 c. dry instant oatmeal
1 pkg. chocolate flavored low-cal milk beverage (such as Carnation Instant Breakfast)
2 tbsp. raisins
1 tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. water
1 pkg. sugar substitute
Methods/steps
Mix thoroughly, form into bars on foil. Freeze overnight. Warm in the microwave just before serving, if desired.
