Grilled Onion-Apple Pork Chops

Yes, these pork chops are easy, and yes, they’re delicious, and yes, your family will think you’re a genius.
Ingredients
4 14-oz. pork rib chops
2 cups sliced onions sautéed in butter and barbecue sauce
2 cups peeled apple slices cooked in butter and sugar until browned
Methods/steps
1. Season apples with salt and pepper.
2. Grill pork chops until medium-done, about 6 minutes per side.
3. Surround chops with apples and onions.
4. Garnish with rosemary and serve.
Additional Tips
To make this kid-friendly, omit the onions.
