    • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
    • 1/2 cup lemonade
    • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp. peanut oil
    • 2 tbsp. honey
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    • 6 cups torn romaine lettuce
    • 2 green onion tops, chopped
    • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    • 1/2 English cucumber, chopped
    • 1/2 cup frozen green peas, thawed
    • 2 stalks celery, sliced
    • 1/2 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
    • 16 seedless green grapes, halved
    • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
    Methods/steps
    1. Place the vinegar, lemonade, lemon juice, peanut oil, honey, salt, pepper, celery seed, and hot sauce in a blender. Puree until blended, then set aside for 30 minutes.
    2. Place the romaine lettuce, green onions, green pepper, cucumber, peas, celery, apple, grapes, and blue cheese in a large bowl. Pour in the salad dressing and toss to coat.
