This fruit salad is sure to become the apple of your eye. It can be tossed together in a matter of minutes, and it's a great alternative to fattening, processed desserts.
At a glance
1/2 cup sliced or cubed, mixed seasonal fruit, such as apples, oranges, berries or melon
1/2 tablespoon orange juice
1/4 teaspoon chopped, fresh mint
Prepare fruit and toss in bowl. Sprinkle with orange juice and mint. Toss and serve.
