Fresh Angel Hair Toss
You'll be in 7th heaven when you sample a taste of this angel hair toss. When you're in the mood for light Italian fare, this dish should be on the tip of your tongue.
At a glance
1 Tbsp. fresh garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. black pepper
58 oz. canned diced tomatoes, drained
12 oz. angel hair spaghetti, cooked and drained
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 tsp. fresh basil
5 Tbsp. freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
In a large saucepan, cook garlic until tender. Add tomatoes, salt, basil, and black pepper. Cook three minutes. Add cooked spaghetti; toss well. Add chicken broth and stir. Toss with Parmesan cheese.
