Curried Olive Appetizer
Olive your friends will enjoy this tasty bruschetta that fits all occasions. Branch out with this curry appetizer that can be whipped up in a hurry.
Ingredients
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped ripe olives
1/4 cup of diced green onions
1/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese
Curry powder
Salt to taste
Small loaf French bread, sliced and lightly toasted on one side
Minced parsley

Methods/steps
Mix together the olives, onion, cheese, mayonnaise, a pinch of salt and curry powder. Toast the slices of bread. Spread one side of French bread slices and broil until bubbly. Sprinkle with minced parsley.
