Creamy Dill Dressing
This dill dressing is a diet deal! Tangy and fresh, it's got all the flavor you need to jazz up the same old salad without adding a lot of fat. It works great as a dip, too!

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 tbsp. fresh dill weed, chopped
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    4 tsp. fat-free mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
Methods/steps
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir with a wire whisk until very well blended. Place in a jar, cover and refrigerate until ready to use. It is best to let the dressing sit out for 15 minutes before using if it has been in the refrigerator for several days.
