Cory's Luscious Crab Stuffed Tomatoes
These yummy stuffed tomatoes are great for appetizers. They are light, easy to make and full of taste.
Ingredients
1 lb lump crabmeat
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/3 stalk celery, chopped fine
1/2 tbsp. Worcestire sauce
4 tomatoes
Romaine lettuce leaves
1 tbsp. mayonnaise

1/2 tbsp. Worcestire sauce

Romaine lettuce leaves
Methods/steps
In a mixing bowl, blend crabmeat, mayonnaise, celery and Worcestershire sauce. Chill for at least 1 hours.
Hollow out the 4 lg. fresh tomatoes. Fill with crab mixture.
Serve atop fresh lettuce leaves.
