Chicken Broccoli Pizza
Pump up the nutrition in the usual high-fat white pizza with this delicious version that bakes up hot, cheesy and delicious.
At a glance
5 ounces frozen broccoli
1/2 cup shredded 2% mozzarella
1 cup reduced fat Alfredo sauce
6 ounces frozen grilled chicken breast strips, thawed
Prepared 12-inch whole-wheat thin pizza crust
Garlic salt and seasoned salt to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a round pizza pan with olive oil cooking spray and sprinkle with garlic salt. Place Boboli on pan. Top with Alfredo sauce, spreading in a circle nearly to the edges. Sprinkle chicken strips with garlic salt and seasoned salt. Break into bite-sized pieces and spread evenly on pizza crust. Spread broccoli and mozzarella cheese evenly on top of pizza. Place in oven and bake 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
