Chicken Broccoli Pizza

Chicken Broccoli Pizza

Ingredients

For 8 people

  • 1/2 package (5 ounces) frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 cup(s) shredded 2 percent mozzarella
  • 1 cup(s) reduced-fat Alfredo sauce
  • 6 ounce(s) frozen grilled chicken breast strips, thawed
  • 1 prepared 12-inch whole-wheat thin pizza crust
  • 1 dash(es) garlic powder
  • 1 dash(es) seasoned salt
  • 1 dash(es) salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a round pizza pan with olive oil cooking spray and sprinkle with garlic salt. Place Boboli on pan. Top with Alfredo sauce, spreading in a circle nearly to the edges. Sprinkle chicken strips with garlic salt and seasoned salt. Break into bite-sized pieces and spread evenly on pizza crust. Spread broccoli and mozzarella cheese evenly on top of pizza. Place in oven and bake 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
