Cheesy Chili Corn Casserole
This convenient casserole will have you saying cheese, along with chili, corn and casserole. When combined together, the ingredients have all of the makings of a first class meal.
At a glance
- 1 (16 oz.) can yellow cream corn
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp. salad oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
- 6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- Combine corn, biscuit mix, egg, salad oil and milk. Spread half of this mixture in a greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Cover with chopped chilies and cheese. Spread remaining batter over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
