Cheesy Corn Spread
A sweet combination for a successful dip; your guests will be more than pleased. You might say that this cheesy corn spread is a-maize-ing!
Ingredients
11 oz. can Mexicorn, drained
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
4 oz can chopped green chilies, undrained
1/4 cup of chopped onion
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 tbsp. of ground cumin
1 tbsp. of picante sauce
3 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
Assorted crackers
1/2 cup of sour cream

1/4 cup of chopped onion
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 tbsp. of ground cumin
1 tbsp. of picante sauce
3 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
Assorted crackers
Methods/steps
In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients; stir in cheese. Sprinkle with red pepper. Cover and chill for 4 hours. Serve with crackers.
