Brie Topped With Pesto and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
You can make this brie for a holiday as a pre-dinner snack. It’s a very delicious, simple and tasty dish.
8 oz. package Brie cheese, round
1-2 tbsp. pesto sauce
4-8 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
Place Brie on a platter, top with pesto. Decorate with tomatoes. Serve with crackers or fresh crisp Italian bread.
