Forget eggs. Shake up your breakfast with this smoothie. Pineapple juice, yogurt and strawberries make up this tasty and healthy morning shake.
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries, rinsed
Methods/steps
Peel and slice banana. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, and then serve.
