Ingredients
    1/2 lb lean ground turkey breast
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 10.75-oz can 98 percent fat free cream of celery soup
    2 14-oz cans low-sodium, fat-free chicken broth
    1 15.5 oz can black beans - rinsed
    1 cup tomato puree
    1/4-1/2 cup of water based on your thickness preference
    4 oz -- approx 3 cups uncooked -- Ronzoni Healthy Harvest wide noodles
    2 cups chopped fresh baby spinach
Methods/steps
Cook ground turkey in soup pot (no need for oil). Add chicken broth, cream of celery soup, and cumin to pot, stirring to combine. Next add in chopped carrots, black beans, and tomato puree. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add in noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Add water at this stage based on consistency preference. Add spinach and simmer an additional 6-8 minutes, depending on your pasta consistency preference.
