Ingredients
    • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 tsp. dry mustard
    • 1 tbsp. onion, minced
    • 1 lb. chicken breasts, skinless-boneless, poached and cut into 1/2-inch strips
    • 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
    • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
    • 2 tbsp. honey
    • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
    Methods/steps
    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup of the mayonnaise, the dry mustard, and the onion and mix to blend well. Add chicken and toss to coat.
    2. In a shallow bowl, toss breadcrumbs and sesame seeds to mix. Roll chicken strips in breadcrumbs to coat. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until lightly browned and crisped.
    3. Meanwhile, blend remaining 1 cup mayonnaise with honey and Dijon mustard.
