BBQ Beef Sandwiches
Get all the rich flavor of your favorite BBQ joint without ever leaving your home. This easy-does-it crockpot recipe is a piece of cake, even for the most amateur chef. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 15-oz. can tomato sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1 cup mustard
1 cup water
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 beef bouillon cubes
3 lbs. beef, eye of round
6 hamburger buns or dinner rolls
2 dashes hot sauce
Methods/steps
Slice eye of round roast into thin slices. Place in crockpot. Add all ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 4 to 6 hours. Serve on hamburger rolls.
Additional Tips
For an added burst of flavor, top with cole slaw.
