Basil, Tomato and Mozzarella Between the bread

Try to get the best mozzarella you can and you will fully appreciate this Italian traditional sandwich!
Ingredients
1 lb. loaf Italian bread
6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 tomatoes, sliced
4 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2-cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. of extra-virgin olive oil
Methods/steps
Slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Layer the basil, tomato slices, and mozzarella cheese between the two halves of bread. Cut into four sandwiches.
In a small dish, stir together the balsamic vinegar, red pepper flakes and the extra-virgin olive oil.
