    26 oz. low-fat spaghetti sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    12 oz. fat-free cottage cheese
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    16 oz. ziti pasta, cooked and drained
    8 oz. shredded part skim mozzarella cheese, divided in half
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Methods/steps
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 3 1/2-quart dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine spaghetti sauce, cottage cheese, pasta, half the mozzarella cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle top with remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
