Baked Salmon Dijon
This salmon recipe is swimming in goodness. Served up in a sour cream-dijon-dill sauce, there's nothing fishy about a dish that's so rich in heart healthy Omega-3 fatty acids.

Ingredients
    1/3 cup fat-free sour cream
    1 tsp. dried dill
    1 Tbsp. chives or green onion, finely chopped
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    8 oz. salmon fillet, skin removed
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 tsp. black pepper
Methods/steps
Combine sour cream, dill, chives, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder and pepper in small bowl to blend. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place salmon in baking dish with the side down where skin was removed. Spread with sauce. Bake salmon until just opaque in center, about 10 to 15 minutes.
