Simple and easy with a touch of elegance; pine nuts and Brie are a perfect match to start a classic dinner.
Ingredients
3/4 cup of pine nuts
1 small wheel of brie cheese
Favorite wafers or crackers
Methods/steps
Place pine nuts in small frying pan until toasted. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Place cheese on ovenproof plate and bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Top with nuts and serve with crackers.
