Baked Brie with Fruit
Created by The MDM Team, Monday, October 22, 2007
To brie or not to brie? That is the question! Sink your teeth into a soft roll and feel the cheese and fruit while cracking the nut.
Ingredients
1 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) Brie cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
1 apple, sliced
1 pear, sliced
Methods/steps

Heat oven 375 degrees.
Place two rectangles of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet. Press the dough and wrap the cheese ball in the dough. Brush with egg. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes. Let stand for 2-5 minutes before serving. Serve with apple and pear slices.
