Ann's Pork Chops
A mix of green peppers, mushrooms and onion gravy with tomato sauce does the job in spicing up these lean, mean pork chops. Nobody will bust your chops when you prepare this palate-pleasing protein. Serve with new potatoes or brown rice.

Ingredients
- 6 pork chops with fat trimmed off
- 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 green pepper
- 1 pkg. of onion gravy mix
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
Methods/steps
Put pork chops in a baking dish, mix all the other ingredients together, and pour over chops. Cover with foil. Bake in a 350-degree oven for an hour and a half.
